Skill Expression Groups
Skill Expression Groups allow dynamic configuration of user membership based on their assigned skill and proficiency. These groups can then be added to queues for dynamic queue and bullseye routing membership, while still supporting workforce management.

1. Create the desired ACD skills
2. Create skill expression groups and define the expressions that will control user membership
3. Add the groups as members of the queue and assign to bullseye rings
